The user needs to install the eVidyavahini Mobile app from the Android store. Then, Login into the app by providing the authenticated user id and password. Go to Certification->Self Nomination to apply for certification in various categories (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

Go to Home->Student Activity->Student Information. Select the District, Block, Cluster, School from the drop down menu and Click on Search button. It will display the list of students. Tick against any student record and Click on Edit button. Now, the user can edit the required details and click on update button to save the details.

Go to Home->Teacher Activity->Teacher Information; select the edit option against a particular teacher. Under Other Information->Teacher associated as field, tag additional block/cluster and click on Update button to save the details.

Go to Home->Teacher Activity->Update Service Status. Under View tab, Select the District from the drop down menu and click on Search button. Click on Update Service button, then choose the Update Service as Depute from the drop down menu, subsequently fill in the required details and click on update button.

Go to Home->Monitoring Report; Click on Details to display the visiting report consists of questions and answers submitted during the monitoring procedure.

Go to Home->Teacher Activity->Teacher MIS; Under Teacher Attendance tab, Click on View button to view the attendance report.

Connect to System administrator and provide the login timing or give the attendance manually by logging in the mobile app, provided the location should be nearer to the school.

Go to Home->Student Activity->Student Progression. Under View Progression tab, select the Academic Year, Status, District, Block, Cluster, School from the drop down menu and Click on Search button. It will display the list of students to be progressed. Provide the necessary progress details (Progress/Drop/Enroll) and Click on Progress button to save the details. Under Progression history, the saved progression will be displayed.

Go to Home->Teacher Activity->Update Service Status. Under View tab, Select the District from the drop down menu and click on Search button. Click on Update Service button, then choose the Update Service from the drop down menu, subsequently fill in the required details and click on update button.

Under View Progression tab, select the Academic Year, Status (Incompleted), District, Block, Cluster, School from the drop down menu and Click on Search button. It will display the list of students to be progressed. Provide the necessary progress details and Click on Progress button to save the details.

Go to Home->Student Activity->Student Progression. Under View Progression tab, select the Academic Year, Status, District, Block, Cluster, School from the drop down menu and Click on Search button. Go to Home->Student Activity->Student Upload. Under Upload tab, upload excel/CSV file (max 10 MB size only) or Download the template provided. Feed the data as per the downloaded template and upload it again. Click on Submit button.

Go to Home->Student Activity->Student Information. Select the District, Block, Cluster, School from the drop down menu and Click on Search button. It will display the list of students. Tick against any student record and Click on Unfreeze button. Now, the user can further edit the progression details of student.

The user can click on Home->Grievance Redressal->Manage Grievance. Under My Grievances tab, the status of a grievance can be checked which includes following categories:

Pending

In case the grievance is pending with the authority.

Resolved

If the grievance is resolved properly.

In Process

In case the grievance is under processing.

On Hold

If the grievance is on hold by the authority.

Forward

In case the grievance is forwarded to next level authority.

Discard

If the grievance is discarded b the authority for any reason.

Assign

If the grievance is assigned to any authority.

Reopen

If the grievance is reopen by the user.

By clicking on View history, the user can view the action taken history of grievance.

The user can click on Home->Grievance Redressal->Manage Grievance. Under Add tab, register the grievance for Self/Others. Choose the category, upload image (upto 2MB and .png/.jpg/.jpeg), provide the description and click on Submit button to raise a Grievance.

Go to Home->Manage School->School; Under View tab, choose the District from the drop down menu and Click on Search button to display the list of schools. Click on Edit button against any school to update the school data and Click on Info button to provide the additional Info about the school. If Edit button is disabled against any school, tick that record and click on Unfreeze button provided at the bottom of the page. It will enable the edit option and the user can further make necessary update afterwards.

Go to Home->Manage School->School; Under View tab, choose the District/Block/Cluster from the drop down menu and provide the School Code/Name in the textbox provided. Click on Search button to display the list of schools. If the School Code or Name is showing Incorrect, Please connect to the cluster authority and provide the required information or contact in the following address:

The authorized user can login into the system by providing the credential. Click on Home->Settings->Update Profile and then update the profile as per the requirement and click on Update button to save the details.

Go to Home->Teacher Activity->Teacher Information; select the edit option against a particular teacher. Under Other Information->Classes Taught field, tag the classes and click on Update button to save the details.

The user can click on Home->Dashboard to view the dashboard for various users. Here, the user can view five categories namely: Staff, Student, Academic, School and Admin. Choose every category one after another and on the bottom, click on any report of “Generate Report” section to generate the report. After generating the report, there is provision to download the report to excel and pdf format.

After Login into the system, go to Home->Dashboard. Here, the user can view five categories namely: Staff, Student, Academic, School and Admin. Under each category, there are components covered to view the performance as mentioned below:

Staff

  • Teacher Attendance and Profile

  • BRP/CRP Profile and Performance

Student

  • Attendance, Profile and Progression

Academic

  • LTF/Spot Test, Gyan Setu and Certification

School

  • Classrooms, Toilets and Other Infra

Admin

  • Grievance Redressal

Select the District, Block, Cluster, Year, Month and Click on Search button to display the desired performance results.

The authorized user can login into the system by providing the credential. Click on Home-> Settings-> Update Profile and then update the required mobile number in the profile update screen.

After receiving the user id, try to login again to the system.

In the Login Page, click on Forgot Password link (evidyavahini.jharkhand.gov.in/forgotpassword). Provide your user Id, choose the tick box for Email or SMS and Click on Submit button. The forgot password link will be sent to the provided email or SMS as per the selection.

Go to Login Page (evidyavahini.jharkhand.gov.in/login). Choose the user type as Officer/School. Provide the user name and password to login. In case, it is showing error, contact to the cluster authority to provide the proper credential. After receiving the credential, try to login again to the system.
